As the founder and Director of Hummingbird HR Services, Annette is a fully qualified HR professional with many years of HR experience, gained in a variety of different roles and industries.   The idea for the business came from working as an HR Business Partner for a small IT Consultancy.  Here she experienced firsthand the delicate balance of managing complex HR issues and conflicting priorities .  This valuable insight was a unique learning experience and one she has put to good effect.  This business went on to become our first client.
